FAQs
Appointments
We are taking new small and large animal clients.
Schedule an appointment with Dr. John by calling (509) 906-3677.
Services Offered
We offer mobile routine and emergency care for horses, cows, sheep, goats, dogs and cats.
Emergency Care
We are equipped to handle many emergency situations such as lacerations, dystocias (difficult labor), porcupine quill removal, colic, choke, down animals, grain overload, and more.

For our purposes, "Emergency" care refers to services that require an as-soon-as-possible response, whether during regular appointment hours or weekends/after hours and will include an additional emergency fee.
Not a Client?
Client emergencies take priority over non-client emergencies, and in order to best serve you we need to have a relationship with you and your animals before the emergency happens. Schedule an introductory farm call to establish a Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR).

A VCPR is also legally required for us to be able to prescribe your animals medications such as antibiotics or pain meds, and must be re-established every year.
Mobile Range
All calls within a 10 mile radius of our home base in Medical Lake will be charged a standard house call fee.

For every mile after that there is an additional flat fee per mile to come to you.
Invoices & Payments
Following your appointment, we will share a digital invoice detailing services performed.
We require payment at the time of service.
We accept check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. We do not take Care Credit.
